Can I get the refund if I don't like the products?
Yes. Items shipped from DvineTime™ can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Why has my order tracking status not updated?
Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
