Our products are carefully selected. However, your product is covered by our limited warranty against any manufacturing defects.
The warranty on a DvineTime™ product is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After the end of the warranty period, all repairs will be subject to a service charge.
Other parts not listed above are not covered under this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, DvineTime™ will repair or replace any defective product or part, at no additional charge, within a reasonable time after the return of the product. However, the customer may be subject to shipping costs for the product.
DvineTime™ will not consider any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original brand documentation.
